PriceBetter.AI is an AI-powered pricing assistant service that helps users generate quotes and estimates for their service businesses. The Service includes mobile applications, web interfaces, and related tools.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to your data. We will not use your pricing models, customer information, or business data to train AI models for other users. Your data is private and only accessible to you and those you explicitly authorize.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PriceBetter.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall PriceBetter.AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PriceBetter.AI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
